My career spans political campaigns, civil society, and global technology leadership. At Facebook, I spent a decade building and leading international teams that managed elections and empowered governments, political figures, and organizations to connect meaningfully with their audiences. Prior to my time at Facebook, I held senior digital roles at the Republican National Committee, the National Republican Senatorial Committee, and the DCI Group.

I founded Anchor Change in 2021, inspired by a vision to lead transformative conversations at the intersection of technology and democracy. After a decade at Facebook and a career spent navigating complex global challenges, I recognized that the only way to truly amplify my voice, mentor others, and shape solutions for the future was to build something uniquely my own.

I am the CEO of Anchor Change, a technology consulting firm, and the Chief Global Affairs Officer at Duco Experts, where I navigate the intersections of technology, democracy, and policy. Described by Foreign Policy Magazine as an “election whisperer to the tech industry,” I am a trusted guide for leaders seeking clarity and transformation in the rapidly evolving digital age.

I founded Panic Responsibly in Fall 2023 amidst growing concerns about AI’s impact on elections and society. I coined the phrase to promote balance during chaotic times. While staying diligent about AI risks, I wanted to remind people to focus on what’s real, not hypothetical fears, and to acknowledge the positive contributions that AI and technology bring to our lives.
